Confirmation; Allow up to 7 days for e-mail confirmation of your registration. The registration office will not fax or post confirmation letters unless requested. Refunds: cancelations can be possible only by AUGUST 15, 2010. There will be a total refund minus 10% for credit card/bank transfers charges. No refunds will be possible after August 15, 2010. Students; Students must provide a proof of their status, such as a student identification card. Please e-mail, fax or show your ID when you arrive at the conference site. IEEE members must provide their membership number to access IEEE registration. Registration transfer: if you cannot attend, your registration may be used by a colleague with an authorization letter. Please fax or mail the letter to the address above.
