You may apply for a maximum of three scholarships. Please read each scholarship criteria carefully to be sure you qualify. You must submit a complete application for each scholarship. You may copy the application pages, but be sure the correct scholarship name and code number appears on each application. Please check boxes when you have completed each step: 1. Fill in your last name and the scholarship code number in the boxes on upper right corner of this page. 2. If you are applying for other PCC scholarships, put their scholarship codes here _______ ________. 3. Complete the application form, which is four pages, including this one. 4. Complete and attach the required one-page personal essay describing your educational and professional goals and why you are applying for the scholarship. Also include any information you want to bring to the attention of the selection committee. 5. You may attach a one-page resume (optional). 6. If you have applied for federal financial aid, attach a copy showing your EFC (expected family contribution). 7. Attach three letters of recommendation. If you have been a PCC student, two letters must be from PCC instructors or PCC staff and one letter may be from an individual outside PCC. If you have never attended PCC, you may submit three letters from outside PCC. All letters must be attached to the application. Do not submit letters sealed in envelopes. Please make copies and attach letters to each application if you are applying for more than one scholarship. If you are graduating from high school this year, attach a copy of your most recent high school transcript (through at least the end of your junior year). PCC students do not need to submit transcripts. We will access PCC transcripts after Spring Term grades are posted. 9. Sign and date the last page of the application form.
