Change engine oil: API SE or SF or SE/CC, SF/CC Replace engine oil filter Check exhaust system for leaks, condition and damage Check condition of drive belts - adjust if required - see Workshop Manual for specifications Check/top up cooling system *

Check/top up transfer gearbox oil: ATF DEXRON II Check/top up automatic transmission fluid: ATF DEXRON II Check/top up front axle oil: EP 8OW/90 gear oil (GL 4 or 5) Check/top up steering swivel housing oil: EP 8OW/90 gear oil (GL 4 or 5) Check/top up rear axle oil: EP 8OW/90 gear oil (GL 4 or 5) Check/top up power steering reservoir: ATF DEXRON II Lubricate front and rear drive shaft universal joints: Multi-purpose lithium grease Check torque of drive shaft coupling bolts: 30-38ft.lbs (41-52 Nm) Lubricate parking brake linkage: General purpose grease Check operation of parking brake - adjust if required Check for oil/fluid leaks from shock absorbers and load levelling unit (if equipped) Check Electronic Air Suspension (EAS) air lines, fittings and air springs for routing, leaks and condition (if equipped) Check EAS height sensors and electrical harness for damage (if equipped) Check brake lines, hoses and unions for condition, routing and leaks Check power steering system for leaks; hydraulic hoses and unions for routing and condition Check condition of steering box, linkage, ball joints and dust covers . Check fuel lines for routing and condition, and fuel system for leaks Inspect brake pads for wear, calipers for leaks, and discs for condition Change brake fluid - bleed system: DOT 4 Brake fluid Check foot brake operation Clear sunroof drain tubes
