Membership Options
Regular Members (Paper andElectronic Subscription) receive a paper subscription to The Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology; have voting rights and have access to the online SVP News Bulletin and the SVP Members' Only Area of the SVP Web site. Regular Members (Electronic Only Subscription) have access to the online SVP News Bulletin, The Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology and to the Members' Only Area of the SVP Web site. They also have voting rights. Student Members (Paper and Electronic Subscription) receive a paper subscription to The Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology; have voting rights and have access to the online SVP News Bulletin and the SVP Members Only Area of the SVP Web site. Student Members must include a copy of a valid university or college identification card as well as an advisor's and/or authorized academic official's signature for approval of membership. Student Members (Electronic Only Subscription) have access to the online SVP News Bulletin, The Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology and to the Members' Only Area of the SVP Web site. They also have voting rights. Student Members must include a copy of a valid university or college identification card as well as an advisor's and/or authorized academic official's signature for approval of membership. Second Members have voting rights and have access to the Members Only Area of the SVP Web site, but do not receive a paper subscription to The Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology. Second Members must be living at the same address as another (primary) SVP member in good standing, and the name and Membership ID number of the primary member must be provided in order to apply for Secondary Member status.
